Community Guidelines

AUDNC Music is built on the foundation of creativity, respect, and community. We want everyone to feel welcome and safe while discovering and sharing music. These guidelines help us maintain a positive environment where artists and music lovers can connect authentically.

Violating these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination. We review all content fairly and provide clear communication about any actions taken.

We respect creators' rights and expect you to do the same. Only upload content you own or have proper authorization to share.

Remember: You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload all content. If you're unsure about copyright, don't upload it.

Constructive feedback and honest opinions are welcome, but always focus on the content, not the person. Before commenting, ask yourself: "Would I want to receive this feedback?"

We have zero tolerance for abusive or threatening behavior. This includes any activity intended to attack, demean, intimidate, or harm other users.

What to do: If someone is harassing you, block them immediately and report the behavior. We investigate all reports thoroughly and take swift action.

We don't allow content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on:

• Race or ethnicity
• Religious beliefs
• Gender identity or expression
• Sexual orientation
• Disability
• Age
• National origin

Be authentic. You can use stage names or professional identities, but you cannot pretend to be someone else or deliberately mislead others about your identity.

Respect others' privacy. Don't share personal information about other people without their consent.

Your own privacy matters too: Be cautious about sharing your personal information publicly, even in your own content.

Keep content appropriate for our diverse, all-ages community. We don't allow:

• Sexually explicit content: Pornography, graphic sexual content, or content primarily intended for sexual arousal
• Excessive profanity: While some adult language is acceptable in artistic contexts, excessive or gratuitous profanity is not
• Graphic violence: Disturbing violent imagery or content glorifying violence
• Disturbing content: Content designed to shock, disgust, or traumatize viewers

This includes but is not limited to:

• Any form of child sexual abuse material
• Grooming behavior or inappropriate contact with minors
• Content that sexualizes minors in any way
• Instructions for illegal activities involving children

If you see it, report it immediately. Child safety is everyone's responsibility.

We don't allow content that threatens, intimidates, or incites violence against individuals or groups.

We care about your wellbeing and don't allow content that promotes, encourages, or instructs self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities.

We want authentic engagement on AUDNC Music. Artificial manipulation of plays, likes, follows, or other metrics undermines the community and isn't allowed.

Don't use AUDNC Music to promote, facilitate, or engage in illegal activities, including:

• Drug trafficking: Selling or distributing illegal substances
• Weapons sales: Selling firearms, explosives, or other weapons
• Fraud and scams: Deceptive practices to steal money or information
• Money laundering: Concealing the source of illegal funds
• Human trafficking: Any form of modern slavery
• Terrorism: Supporting or promoting terrorist organizations

Educational content about these topics for awareness purposes is allowed when clearly contextualized and not promoting illegal activity.

We don't allow content that spreads false information that could cause harm, especially regarding:

• Health misinformation: False medical advice or conspiracy theories
• Election integrity: False claims about voting or election results
• Public safety: Misinformation during emergencies or crises
• Historical denial: Denying well-documented historical events

Help us maintain a secure platform by not attempting to:

• Hack or gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Scrape or automatically collect data from the platform
• Reverse engineer our software or services
• Circumvent security measures or access controls
• Use our platform to train AI models without permission

If you discover security vulnerabilities, please report them through our responsible disclosure process rather than exploiting them.
